Parishioners, neighbors, and guests are welcome to St. Pius V for the Grand Kermes, our two-day street festival, Saturday and Sunday, Aug. 31-Sept. 1. The festival runs 10:00 am – 11:00 pm each day.

A raffle prize drawing for a large flat screen TV, Samsung Galaxy Tablet and other prizes is scheduled for 9 pm on Sunday, Sept. 1. Tickets, which cost only $2 each, are available now from parishioners, or after Masses on Sundays.

The parish is located at 1919 S. Ashland Ave. The festival takes place Cullerton St. between Ashland and Laflin, just south of the parish office and the school.

Traditional food, music, and cultural events of Mexico and other Latin American countries are featured. There will be plenty of activities to please the entire family. For more information call the parish, 312.226.6161.
