Clínica de Vacunación contra la Gripe
La parroquia de San Pío V y Walgreens queremos que todos tengan acceso a las vacunas este año. El personal de la farmacia Walgreens estará aquí en el salón de la iglesia para administrar las vacunas. Son gratis y no se necesita seguro médico.

Flu Shot Clinic
St. Pius V Parish and Walgreens want everyone to have access to flu shots this year. Walgreens pharmacy staff will be here in the parish hall to administer the vaccines. They are free and insurance is not required.

Blessings and congratulations to those who received the Sacrament of Confirmation on April 25 at St. Pius V parish! They have worked hard to learn and grow in their faith and prepare for this grace-filled moment in their life journey.
We send a special thanks to their catechists, teachers, godparents and parents, priests, Bishop García-Maldonado, and all who accompanied them on this path of preparation.
May the Holy Spirit, with the support of our family of faith, continue to strengthen and guide them!

Supporting Our Parish and Community
Since our founding in the 1870s, St. Pius V parish has been committed to serving the primarily immigrant community of Pilsen and surrounding neighborhoods. Today, we continue that mission and to upholding the basic principle of Catholic social teaching that all people, created in the image of God, are deserving of dignity and respect.
As a community of faith, we are aligned with the teachings of our local church, the Archdiocese of Chicago and Cardinal Cupich, who publicly advocates for the rights and well-being of immigrant people. We also support the efforts of the City of Chicago, a Sanctuary City, and the State of Illinois to protect and empower all residents.

Mass in English on Sundays is at 11:30 am
Monday-Friday: Mass in Spanish at 8:00 am in the chapel
Thursday: St. Jude Shrine Masses at 12:00 and 6:30 pm in English
